FAQs

How do I choose the right CURREX insole?
Start with your main activity: RUNPRO™ for running, CLEATPRO™ for cleated field sports, BASKETBALLPRO™ for the court, PICKLEBALLPRO™ for paddle sports, plus dedicated models for golf, tennis, hiking, cycling, skiing and everyday wear. Then pick the arch profile (HIGH, MEDIUM or LOW) that matches your foot.
How do I find my arch profile and size?
Use the at-home fitting guide on any product page: a quick wet test shows your arch type, and the size chart in the size selector matches your usual shoe size. Open the fitting guide.
Are CURREX insoles a good fit for young athletes?
Yes. The sports models come in a youth size and can be trimmed, so growing players get the same support and cushioning as adults.
How are they different from rigid orthotics?
They are built for movement, not correction. The insoles are light and flexible, adapting to your arch while you run, cut, jump and pivot instead of holding the foot in a fixed position.
Can I use RUNPRO™ on trails?
Yes. They work on the road, the treadmill and trail terrain alike.
Do they help with blisters and joint stress?
The low-friction top layer cuts down on rubbing inside the shoe, and the shock-absorbing layers ease the load on knees, hips and ankles during play.
How long will my insoles last?
Plan on replacing them after about 12 months or 800 km (500 miles) of use, whichever arrives first. Frequent training, heavier loads and tough conditions can shorten that, so watch for flattened cushioning or a change in comfort.
How do I care for them between sessions?
Take them out of your shoes after each game or workout and let them dry completely. Keeping moisture out protects the top cover and extends their life.
How do I trim my insoles?
  1. Pull the original insole out of your shoe.
  2. Lay it over your CURREX insole, lining up the heels.
  3. Trim only the toe end along the outline until the shapes match.
